Our Winery
Grass Parrot Vineyard is a small, family-run vineyard located at Rockley Mount, just south of Bathurst. We grow cool climate Shiraz and Cabernet Franc and source other varieties from vineyards within the region. We control the complete winemaking process, from vineyard to glass and are proud to grow and make our award winning wines exclusively in the Bathurst region. Our vineyard is managed sustainably using organically approved fertilisers and sprays and no herbicides or pesticides. Koalas are regular visitors.
See us at the Bathurst Farmers Market, 4th Saturday of every month from 8am – 12 noon.
