Our Brewery
Here in the Fish River Valley we craft small batch ales. Using pure valley water, fresh cracked malt and selected hops (sometimes locally grown) our aim is to brew exceptional quality enjoyable ales across a broad range of styles for an unforgettable experience.
Fish River Valley Brewing commenced sales in 2013. The brewery is in a loft construction on the site of the former Public School at Locksley. Most of the brewing equipment was designed and fabricated locally enabling new techniques and traditional brewing methods to be combined for great ales with energy efficiency and sustainability a focus. Most of our ale is packaged as kegs for distribution through local hotels. We also provide “Growlers” (1.89 litre) bottles for sale at local farmers markets and by arrangement.
