Our Brewery
Cosmo Brewing launched in October 2020. We are based in Bathurst and share a production space with Fish River Valley Brewing at The Old School Brewhouse in Locksley. Our flagship product is Cosmo Pilsner, with a subtle complexity and a fresh edge, is available on tap at several venues around Bathurst. We have a clear focus on Brewing beer in season using local seasonal ingredients; reducing our impact on the environment through the choices we make around ingredients, process, and packaging; and supplying Bathurst with the freshest and best quality beer available.
